Wings Brewing Company All The Way Down Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

A collaboration between Steven and Sam. The saison was conceived by Steven and brewed in 2021. Released under the name Down Under in a small batch. The rest was brought to the cellar. The saison spent 9 months in a wine barrel, then shortly after in a maple syrup barrel. The brewers then blended this beer with a selected Bofkont barrel. Finally, it's ready to come out. Meet the barrel-aged saison blended with lambic.
