Our Wild Mill Dark matured for 7 months in old barrels from the famous sherry house Pedro Ximénez. This gives the beer a very special soft bitter taste of raisins, vanilla and a hint of citrus. A dark beer of 11% that you should drink at room temperature for the best taste experience. Cheers!
