Coconut Medianoche begins with a carefully selected blend of Medianoche batches that are aged for 21 months in 6-12 year old Heaven Hill® bourbon barrels. Following barrel aging, the beer is conditioned on over 3 pounds per gallon of toasted coconut flakes and raw coconut chips, with the sweet coconut perfectly complementing the dark chocolate, brownie batter, and brown sugar notes contributed by the barrels.
