Tre Fontane Glasses - 25 CL

Top-fermented beer, produced according to a recipe from the Community of Trappist Monks of Tre Fontane. Intensely golden beer with a sharp and moderately fruity taste featuring eucalyptus that sharpens and brings out the fruity notes. The sweetness is balanced by a good bitterness from hops, and the high carbonation provides a dry finish on the palate. The sweet aftertaste is guided by the spice which, with its balsamic quality, cleanses and refreshes the palate; although there is an impression of lightness, the body is medium. The high alcohol content adds a refined sense of warmth through the balsamic notes of eucalyptus.
