Trappist slopes Rochefort 6 Trappist - 33 CL

Rochefort 6 (red cap, brown beer, 7.5% ABV). Reddish color, brewed only about once a year, representing about 1% of the total beer production. This beer starts with a density of 16.5º Plato and is 7.5% ABV. "Rochefort 6" is Rochefort's oldest Trappist beer and was brewed empirically until the end of World War II. Until 1958, this was the only Rochefort beer bottled in both 33 cc and 75 cc bottles. It has a strong malty taste and is slightly bitter.
