This wild beer is packed with organic red wine grapes. It has a dark rosé color with a light pink head. The nose features the typical Kékfrankos aroma, but more subtle and fruitier than a natural rosé wine. Strawberry, cherries, and black olives are accompanied by some funk. Caramel and brioche aromas from the yeast aging in the barrel and bottle add a nice layer of complexity. On the palate, there is a fine balance: just enough acidity and soft tannins to balance the fruitiness. Our slightly salty and mineral notes, which have become a signature of our beers, are also present in this beer.
