Tommie Sjef Oude 2020 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Oude is a blend of wild ales aged from 1 to 4 years. Over 1/3 of the total blend is aged for 4 years in oak puncheons. This gives the final beer character and a complex flavor. Another 50% is a younger, 1-year-old beer that adds freshness, spicy, and floral qualities to the blend. The remaining part of the blend is a 2-year-old beer that acts as a bridge between old and young.
