Tommie Sjef Misto 2021 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

We've used various techniques to incorporate wine grapes into this wild ale. From prolonged maceration of the beer on the grapes to adding our spontaneously fermented wine. This, combined with the fact that the brewers have never before used so many wine grapes in a beer (approximately 625 grams per liter), results in a very wine-like beer with many different layers of flavor and aroma.
