Tommie Sjef Misto 2021 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

We used different techniques to use wine grapes in this wild beer. From long-term maceration of the beer on the grapes, to the addition of our spontaneously fermented wine. This, together with the fact that the brewers have never used so many wine grapes in a beer (approximately 625 grams per liter), results in a very wine-like beer with many different layers in taste and aroma.
