Tommie Sjef Lilly 2020 Lambic/Geuze - 1.5 L

Lilly is a blend of various wild ales, ranging from 1 to 2.5 years old, refermented with a generous amount (350 grams per liter) of raspberries. To add more complexity and depth, the brewers added beer that had macerated even longer on red wine grapes. The result is a floral and vibrant raspberry wild ale that is perfectly balanced.
