Tommie Sjef Ca 2019 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Ca is a blend of several older dry-hopped wild ales and a saison. The various wild ales were dry-hopped in barrels for almost a year with NZ Cascade hops. Just before bottling, the beers were re-blended with a bitter saison (30% of the total blend) to add some freshness and bitterness to the final blend. The hop aroma is not overpowering but well integrated into the overall beer. Vibrant floral and orange notes with an underlying farmhouse aroma, a little dusty. It has a firm bitterness and a balanced acidity.
