Tilquin Old Pinot Noir 2019 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

A spontaneously fermented beer, the Oude Pinot Noir Tilquin à l'ancienne is made by fermenting 260g of Pinot Noir grapes per litre of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, this beer undergoes refermentation in the bottle.The Pinot grapes are organic grapes from Burger in Steinseltz.Originally, this beer was made for the 10th anniversary of Moeder Lambic, using Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Valentin Zusslin Estate, grown biodynamically and hand-harvested from their Bollenberg vineyard.
