Tilquin Old Pinot Noir 2017 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Old Pinot Noir Tilquin à l'ancienne is made by the fermentation of 260 grams of Pinot Noir grapes per liter of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle. The Pinot Grapes are organic grapes from Burger in Steinseltz. Originally, this beer was created for Mother Lambic's 10th anniversary, with Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Valentin Zusslin Estate, grown in biodynamic viticulture and hand-harvested on their Bollenberg vineyard.
