Tilquin Old Pinot Noir 2017 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Old Pinot Noir Tilquin à l'Ancienne is made from the fermentation of 260 gr of Pinot Noir grapes by lambic liter. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is referred to in the bottle. The Pinot grapes are organic grapes from Burger in Steinseltz. Originally created for Moeder Lambic's 10th anniversary, this beer features Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Valentin Zusslin estate, cultivated in biodynamic viticulture and hand-harvested at their Bollenberg vineyard.
