Tilquin Old Pinot Noir 2017 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

A spontaneously fermented beer, Oude Pinot Noir Tilquin à l'Ancienne is made from the fermentation of 260g of Pinot Noir grapes per litre of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, this beer refers to the bottle.The Pinot grapes are organic grapes from Burger in Steinseltz.Originally, this beer was made for the 10th anniversary of Moeder Lambic, using Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Valentin Zusslin estate, cultivated in biodynamic viticulture and hand-harvested on their Bollenberg vineyard.
