Mixed fermentation beer, the Mûre Rullquin, is made by fermenting 260 grams of blackberries per liter in a mixture of 7/8 Rulles Brune and 1/8 lambic of 1 year old, which has matured for 8 months in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle for 6 months.
