Mûre Rullquin, a mixed fermentation beer, is made by fermenting 260 grams of blackberries per liter in a blend of 7/8 Rulles Brune and 1/8 1-year-old lambic, which has matured for 8 months in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer bottle-conditions for 6 months.
