Tilquin Gueuzérable 2020 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

The same recipe as the first release in the 2017-2018 season. A spontaneously fermented beer, Gueuzérable Tilquin is made by fermenting organic Canadian maple syrup in a blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambic aged in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer re-ferments in the bottle.
