Straffe Hendrik Xmas Blend 2024 Quadrupel - 75 CL

For this special X-mas blend, our brewmaster makes a selection between barrel-matured Quadrupel on the one hand and young Quadrupel on the other. The tannin from the barrels forms a harmonious whole with the rich tones of the special malts in the Quadrupel beer. The combination of the taste of the wood maturation together with the young Quadrupel beer makes for a unique and powerful blend. Thanks to the refermentation in the bottle, the taste evolves year after year.
