It's been almost three years since Terra Nova last graced your glasses—our tribute to the Killer Hop combination of Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson. After a long hiatus, the brewers are thrilled to announce the return of our beloved Triple IPA. You might remember its predecessors: the spiritual successor to GBG Beer Week 2016—New and Improved, followed by the unforgettable Bigger Courage. Terra Nova took that legacy to the next level, and now it's time for a revival. In the time since the brewers last brewed Terra Nova, they've discovered new products, new processes, and all the while, our craft. The result is a Terra Nova that stays true to its roots, but with even better ingredients, refined brewing techniques, an extra dose of that fantastic hop combination you love, plus an innovative new product called SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops in NZ. Good things come to those who wait. And this Terra Nova is proof. Pilsner malt base with tons of oats and wheat, like most brewers have ever added. Loaded with Citra in the Whirlpool, dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin Combo, and loaded with Nelson Sauvin Subzero Hop Kief. Sunny yellow and hazy, creamy and round, a juicy sweetness with a warming finish, rich ripe tropical fruit aromas of fresh pineapple, nectarine and pink grapefruit.
