It's all about the terroir. At Stigs, the brewers love hops. But the brewers know that not all hops are created equal. The Pacific Northwest of the US is to hops what Italy is to lemons, and the brewers all know what the brewers need to do when life gives us lemons. So you can probably guess what the brewers do when YCH gives us hops. Stigbergets has been working with YCH for so long that it's almost criminal that the brewers are only just now making a beer with them. Often, it's those closest to us that the brewers take most for granted. Inspired by our beloved west coast, the brewers have seized this opportunity to use a variety of cryogenically frozen hops (Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe) from YCH for maximum freshness, intensity, and, of course, deliciousness.
