It's all about terroir. At Stigs, the brewers love hops. But they know that not all hops are created equal. The Pacific Northwest is to hops what Italy is to lemons, and the brewers all know what to do when life gives us lemons. So you can probably guess what the brewers do when YCH gives us hops. Stigbergets has been working with YCH for so long that it's almost criminal that the brewers now only make a beer with them. Often, it's those closest to us who the brewers take for granted the most. Inspired by our beloved West Coast, the brewers took this opportunity to use a variety of cryogenically frozen hops (Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe) from YCH for maximum freshness, intensity, and, of course, deliciousness.
