Limited edition - Barrel Aged Selection #5. TAWNY PORT & LAMBAY WHISKEY BARRELS. Our barley wine 'Don Aart' aged for 12 months in a barrel from the Beek distillery that first held Tawny Port and then their whisky. Afterwards, blended with Don Aart from separate Lambay whiskey and port barrels. The scent is dominated by Beek whisky with warm caramel notes and a hint of red fruit from the port. The taste is full, layered and powerful – without sharp edges – with an exciting balance between malt, whisky warmth and fruity softness.
