The symbolic Linden Tree on Tilburg's Heuvel square was a tree with a mind of its own. The tree, which brought with it a lot of protests and commotion, formed the basis for this stubborn Bock beer! An old-school lager bock with beautiful caramel notes, which reveals its recalcitrant qualities with a rich selection of malts: no fewer than 7 types, from light to roasted, providing a soft licorice aftertaste. Its sturdy body and not-too-sweet character make it so smooth and thirst-quenching that you won't just kick off the bock season with it.
