For Phil is a one-time blend made in honor of our friend Phil Wymore of Perennial Artisan Ales and their 10th anniversary. Inspired by Derivation Blend #6, the brewers blended barrels of Derivation, BBT, and OWK with various barrels of their Maman, before finishing them on Ghanaian cocoa beans, Mexican and Tanzanian vanilla beans, and freshly ground cinnamon. The threads rested for 23 to 40 months in some of our favorite bourbon and rye barrels before blending. Happy anniversary Phil...
