Samuel Smith Yorkshire Stingo Ale - 50 CL

Some of the oak casks in Samuel Smith's date back over a century, with individual oak haystacks being replaced over the years by the old Coopers brewery. Gradually, the casks increasingly reveal the character of the beer fermented in Stone Yorkshire squares. Yorkshire Stingo is aged for at least a year, matured in these well-used oak casks in the brewery's underground cellars, which extract fruit, raisins, Treacle Toffee, Christmas pudding, and light oaky flavors before being further naturally bottle-conditioned.
