This Kattem Gueuze el ambiguo is a "bourbon gueuze" that has been aged for 2 years in bourbon barrels, hence the beautiful intense color and the special woody touch. It is a very soft gueuze, refreshing yet tender, complex yet thirst-quenching. Only water, our own hops, barley malt, and wheat from the Pajottenland are the raw ingredients. Unfiltered and refermented and aged for 6 months in the bottle, this Bourbon Gueuze is perfectly drinkable from August 2023. Taste this divine drink, it's a delicious gift from Pajotse Nature!
