Our love for this hop was so deep that a second meeting was a must. Second Date is a renovated IPA in which the brewers used the Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hop slurry from the dry hopping of our previous IPA in the whirlpool of this new creation. Then the brewers added a mix of fresh Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic for dry hopping.
