Our love for this hop was so deep that a second meeting was essential. The second date was a renovated IPA, where the brewers used the Cascade, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hop slurry from the dry hops of our previous IPA in the whirlpool for this new creation. Then, the brewers added a mix of fresh Amarillo, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops for dry hopping.
