Revolution’s only permanent residents (living in nine beehives on the brewery roof) have spent the past year pollinating local flora and producing honey. Not to be outdone, our brewers selected a crop of eighteen-month-old bourbon and rye whiskey barrel-aged English barley to infuse with the bees’ golden elixir. Worth the lashings.
