Revolution Cuvée De Grace 2021 Ale - 33 CL

Cuvée de Grâce is a carefully crafted blend from 36 oak barrels. The 2021 edition of Cuvée de Gráce has these incredible components: 11 barrels of Deth's tar, sweet component—fudgy, ridiculously aromatic with vanilla and marshmallow notes, and almost thicker than our love of oatmeal stout. Every bit of this component comes from rum barrels. Seven barrels of ryeway, dry component - this exceptionally dry ryeway offers a delicate balance and intriguing spice to complement the sweeter elements in the mix. Six of these are from bourbon barrels, and one is a rum barrel. 14 barrels of straight jacket, sweet component—this isn't quite VSOJ. Not enough time for that. Let the brewers make it VSOJR. The sweet toffee and caramel notes are everything you want from an English barley wine and more. Eight of these barrels are bourbon and six are rum. 2 barrels of Thundertaker - We kept a few barrels of the 2020 Deep Wood launch, and the brewers are glad they did. The harmony between the Canadian rye and chocolatey stout notes adds just the right touch. Two barrels of ryeway to the sky/straight jacket blend—mostly ryeway trimmed with a little barley wine to fill out the volume. The perfect midpoint between our ryeway and straight jacket components.
