Polly's Brew Wallow DIPA - 44 CL

Sometimes you just gotta go big and decadent. We love letting our hair down here at Polly's HQ and going big on a beer. The aptly named Wallow—literally, to indulge in something in an unlimited way—is our brewing team going completely free with a style the brewers believe is truly mastered here at the brewery: the double IPA. A celebration of where the brewers have come from—pushing hops forward and kicking out IPAs in the old barn, where the brewers are currently, and where the brewers are going in the future—this beer has a simple two-hop lineup as a tribute to our originals range, but pushes the 27G/L mark in terms of intensity—completely and completely and completely and completely and completely and completely and completely and completely and completely and completely and completely augment! Big hits with massive dry hop additions of Mosaic and Sabro, pulling out every last drop of those incredible coconut, mango, lime and papaya notes, before finishing with a soft bitterness at the end, wallowing, the brewers are not worthy.
