Polly's Brew Wallow DIPA - 44 CL

Sometimes you just have to go big, and decadent. We love to let our hair down here at Polly’s HQ and go big on a beer. The appropriately named Wallow – literally to indulge in an unrestrained way in something – is our brew team going absolutely freeform on a style that the brewers believe has really been nailed here at the brewery, the Double IPA. A celebration of where the brewers have come from – knocking out those hop forward pale and IPAs in the old barn, where the brewers currently are, and where the brewers are headed in the future, this beer features a simple two hop line up as an homage to our Originals range, but pushes the 27g/l mark in terms of intensity – completely and utterly augmenting! Hitting big with huge dry-hop additions of Mosaic and Sabro, pulling every last drop of those incredible coconut, mango, lime and papaya notes, before the brewers finish with a soft bitterness on the finish, Wallow, the brewers are not worthy.
