As with all our Van Vollenhoven line, Princessse Bier is a historic beer. Created for the wedding of William the 4th, Princesse Bier is a white beer with more champagne qualities. This beer is made with 50% wheat and finished with orange peel and coriander. It is fermented with a traditional German yeast to give the beer a clean and dry finish.
