As with all our Van Vollenhoven lines, Princesse Bier is a historic beer. Created for the wedding of William IV, Princesse Bier is a white beer with more champagne-like qualities. This beer is made with 50% wheat and finished with orange peel and coriander. It is fermented with traditional German yeast to give it a clean, dry finish.
