And now something new: intensively stopped IPA :-) Pinta Modern Drinking 15* - This time, the brewers share their West Coast IPA knowledge with you. During the September hopping season in Yakima, USA, Portland brewers repeated one principle over and over again. We've just implemented it—and our version of the West Coast classic didn't shake a bit. We put the insignificant amount of aromatic Mosaic™ hops in the kettle—almost entirely during the last 15 minutes of boiling. What's there? We used the other hops as much as possible for intensive cold hopping. Pinta Modern Drinking 15* - Be on time!
