And now for something new: intensely hopped IPA :-) PINTA Modern Drinking 15* - this time the brewers share their knowledge about West Coast IPA with you. During the September hop harvest in Yakima (USA), brewers from Portland repeated one rule over and over again. We've just implemented it - and when brewing our version of the West Coast classic, our hand didn't tremble. We put an incredible amount of aromatic Mosaic™ hops into the kettle - almost all during the last 15 minutes of cooking. What does it matter.
