Pinta Kwas Xy Sour - 50 CL

This time, the brewers reach for Catharina Sour - a new-wave sour style from Brazil - with a short but successful history. Catharina Sour is a slightly stronger version of Berliner Weisse - necessarily with the addition of tropical fruit. The name comes from the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina - it was there that home brewers and craftsmen brewed the first beers in this style in 2015, looking for something refreshing on hot days. Soon, the fashion for lightweight, fruity sours gripped most of Brazil. Catharina Sour as a new beer style has recently also been included in the BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) catalog. XY -For our interpretation, the brewers added 15% of the mango puree -ON and the brewers fermented the whole with lactic acid bacteria up to 3.4 pH.
