Phase Three Quad 2025 Quadrupel - 50 CL

Nearly three years ago, the brewers released a Belgian-style quad. The beer was brewed with a mix of classic malt and candi sugar, and fermented with Belgian yeast. We let it rest in bourbon barrels for 33 months before the brewers blended it. A rich, malty beer reminiscent of a barleywine with notes of caramel and toasted marshmallow, and high notes of whiskey and charred American oak.
