Almost three years ago the brewers brought a Belgian style quad. The beer was brewed with a mix of classic malt and candi sugar and fermented with Belgian yeast. We let it rest in bourbon barrels for 33 months before the brewers blend. A rich malty beer reminiscent of a barley wine with notes of caramel and toasted marshmallow with high notes of whiskey and charred American oak.
