Phase Three Minutiae 2024 Stout - 50 CL

Minutiae 2024 is our most complex minutiae blend yet. For 2024, the brewers took a mix of five different stouts that were aged in bourbon barrels for between 21 and 40 months. The blend includes stouts aged in Elijah Craig, Wild Turkey, Willett, and the final barrel which may be our favorite group of barrels the brewers have ever used – a 15-year-old George Dickel Bourbon barrel that held a Munich Imperial stout. The blend also features approximately 20% imperial smoked stout that the brewers brewed nearly two years ago, which adds some amazing complexity to the overall blend with subtle smoke and a savory profile that works so well with all the vanilla and dark cocoa powder of the rest of the blend.
