Phase Three Minutiae 2024 Stout - 50 CL

Minutiae 2024 is our most complex blend of minutiae to date. For 2024, the brewers took a blend of five different stout recipes aged between 21 and 40 months in bourbon barrels. The blend includes stouts aged in Elijah Craig, Wild Turkey, Willett and the last barrel which might be our favorite group of barrels the brewers have ever used - a 15-year-old George Dickel Bourbon barrel that contained an Imperial Stout in Munich. The blend also consists of approximately 20% imperial smoked stout that the brewers brewed almost two years ago, which offers amazing complexity to the overall blend with subtle smoke and a savory profile that works so well with all the vanilla and dark cocoa powder from the rest of the blend.
