Phase Three Kastalia 2024 Stout - 50 CL

We worked with our friends at Binny’s, one of our very first retail partners that the brewers ever worked with when the brewers began distributing beer in April of 2019, to create this big stout that was aged 29 months in Binny’s Store Pick Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon barrels. Our signature stout, with chocolate and roast notes, with the smooth characteristic warmth and smooth bourbon notes along with distinct char from its long barrel age. No adjuncts, no added flavors. Just a great beer aged in big barrels.
