Phase Three Eunoia Batch 21 Stout - 50 CL

For Eunoia 21, the brewers crafted a blend of imperial stouts aged an average of 21 months in a mix of 12- and 20-year-old Elijah Craig bourbon barrels. After a long rest period, the beer was conditioned in our favorite Ghanaian cacao nibs, with a touch of Madagascan vanilla and a hint of sea salt. The result is a liquid truffle: simple in design, yet layered and expressive. Notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and dried stone fruit lead the way, while the subtle saltiness enhances the cocoa and reins in the richness. We're proud of how these carefully chosen ingredients come together in such a focused, balanced beer.
