Phase Three Eunoia Batch 15 Stout - 75 CL

The base of this beer is a blend of two imperial stout recipes the brewers use. One is our standard “recipe 2” and the other is a derivative of that where the brewers used a Maris Otter base malt — typically the malt the brewers reserve for our barleywine, Arabesque, and sometimes other English-style beers the brewers make. The blend is primarily beer that comes from Willett Bourbon barrels, 20% Four Roses, and 10% Wild Turkey for eighteen to twenty-four months — averaging twenty months.After blending, the brewers thought it would be nice to add a tiny amount of caramel, balanced by a touch of Saigon cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and Ghanaian cacao nibs.
