Eunoia 14 is a blend of barrel-aged imperial stouts, aged for 20 to 25 months in whisky casks, then aged with maple syrup, Saigon cinnamon, and finished with toasted and raw coconut. Originally introduced as a very popular "What Could Be" variant for our 2021 Minutiae release, the brewers have decided to bring it back as Eunoia 14.
