Phase Three Eunoia Batch 12 is a powerful imperial stout with 13.2% alcohol, made from two different barrel-aged recipes – one aged 18 months in Heaven Hill barrels and one aged 16 months in Wild Turkey barrels. After blending, the brewers added toasted and raw coconut and peanut butter, creating a voluptuous character with sweet, nutty aromas and a complex, velvety texture. This is a refined dessert beer for lovers of artisanal American craft stouts.
