Phase Three Barrel-Aged Imperial Perception Of Depth: 2025 Stout - 50 CL

One of our favorite releases. An underdog in our barrel-aged beers. Crafted from a blend of specialty malts with notes of toasted biscuits, roasted nuts, and subtle cocoa powder, which the brewers aged for 30 months in Old Elk Bourbon barrels. The extended time in the barrel created a rich malty character. Charred American oak adds depth and balances the roasted, sweeter elements of the brown base beer with subtle savory notes and hints of vanilla. This one doesn't come around often, but the brewers love it when it does. We hope you enjoy the 2025 vintage of this magnificent beer.
