Pellicle Oxaal Kriek Cider - 75 CL

One of our first blends was a sparkling full-bodied rhubarb wine. For some reason, the brewers stopped making this type of wine. However, we still had 2 barrels that the brewers had made in 2022. The year after, the brewers blended the wine with skins from our beloved Gorsem cherries. After 1 year of aging, the brewers decided to bottle it and let it rest for another year. A sparkling fruit pet-nat, if you will, with notes of roses, almond, and cinnamon in addition to rhubarb and cherry.
