Pellicle Collision: Gelber Muskateller Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

This beer is a blend of 1 & 2-year-old lambic and our very first home-brewed beer, which is 2.5 years old. It was macerated on Gelber Muskateller grapes from Nahe, Germany, and blended with 30% wine made from the same grapes. Matured in ex-Bordeaux barrels.
