On a starry night, not so long ago, our master brewers had an ingenious idea – like a bolt from the blue. To ensure their knowledge and methods endure, how about a new mission to develop a second exceptional drink – at their leisure? And so, Nova was born. While the original Paix Dieu is a Tripel and perfectly smooth, Nova is known for its blonde hue and gently enhanced flavours. Light and completely unique, it proudly carries the integrity and know-how of Paix Dieu and looks forward to a brilliant future for the brewery and its beers. We call it the new one, but that doesn't do Nova justice! For it boldly presents its golden hue to the eye, and its gently enhanced flavours to the palate.
