On a starry night not so long ago, our master brewers came up with an ingenious idea—out of the blue. To ensure their knowledge and methods endure, how about a new mission to develop—at their leisure—a second exceptional beverage? And so Nova was born. While the original Paix Dieu is a Triple and perfectly smooth, Nova is known for its blond hue and gently elevated flavors. Light and utterly unique, it proudly carries the integrity and expertise of Paix Dieu and is confident in a bright future for the brewery and its beers. We call it the new, but that doesn't do Nova justice! Because it boldly presents its golden hue to the eye and its softly elevated flavors to the palate.
