Ophiussa Babel TIPA - 44 CL

The ability to share knowledge and experiment with new techniques or products are, in our opinion, the most important aspects when collaborating with another brewery. This triple IPA with Krush and Citra brewed with our brothers at Fermentage is a good example of what a collaboration should be. It is the first triple IPA brewed by both brands, in which the brewers debuted a yeast, modified the hop usage method to reduce contact time while still increasing efficiency, and added hops at a completely different temperature than normal. Now that it's in the glass, the brewers are sure it was worth it and that it will serve as a precedent for what the brewers will brew in the future!
