Nevel Erve IPA - 33 CL

Wild bitter beer with local Cascade. A thatched-roof farmhouse with an old horse stable, a handful of goats in the meadow, an orchard with yellow fruit trees behind the house, damp haystacks in the distance and hop bines in the hedge. Scents of the countryside, a candid character, a beer without frills but with truly honest ingredients: that is Erve, our wild cross between a brett IPA and a saison. Erve is a rustic, dry and bitter beer, with a striking palette of locally grown Cascade hops that give warm notes of stone fruit and citrus. We use whole hop cones because the brewers love their pure and intense flavor and bitterness.
