Muifel Brouwerij She's Fresh Fresh Exciting Edellager 2025 Pilsner - 33 CL

For the second year, Muifel is brewing a Fresh Hop beer. This year, the brewers chose the traditional German hop Spalter Select. German hops were used during brewing and for dry-hopping during lagering. In the conditioning tank, 20 kg of fresh, untreated Spalter Select hops from BrabantHop in Sint Oedenrode were added. In the morning, the hops were still on the vines, and by the afternoon, the cones were already swimming in the beer in the conditioning tank. This beer was brewed with Dutch pilsner malt and a bottom-fermenting yeast. A wonderfully hoppy Edellager beer. Cheers!
