The brewers proudly present this barley wine, or as it's called in English, Barley Wine. This is truly a difficult beer to brew. Our kettles creak and groan during the brewing process to achieve the high alcohol percentage with ridiculous amounts of pale malt. This Barley Wine Special Edition was aged on cherry wood during lagering. The mild and slightly sweet wood notes harmonize beautifully with the full-sweet malt flavors. Enjoy this flavor bomb!
