Wrench Tonka Creme Brulee Demolitionist Stout - 44 CL

Tonka Creme Brûlée Demolitionist is a super-deluxe triple mashed pastry stout that could easily be called a dessert. Earlier this year, the brewers brewed the Eureka Creme Brûlée Stout, which both our team and the Guild Members loved, and the brewers couldn't wait to see what our buddy Willy would think of it. Of course, the brewers tweaked the recipe a bit. This time, the brewers added a generous dose of tonka beans and even more vanilla, sourced from Papua New Guinea, which provides notes of bourbon, dates, and cookie dough. And of course, a touch of brown sugar was a must for that authentic crème brûlée vibe. For a little extra kick, the brewers added some dark roasted coffee, while English yeast adds a layered, slightly fruity edge.
