Tom - Red rye wine 10% ABV It doesn't happen often, but sometimes Tom carries a bottle of whiskey around with him and takes little sips during our Friday afternoon drinks. We once caught him sipping a fancy American rye whiskey. That conversation led us to beer - it always ends in beer - and rye wine, since the brewers had never brewed any before this was the best excuse the brewers could find. This is a strong, dry and winey rye wine with a unique crystal rye malt. Gives a red hue and a strong spicy character, just like Tom.
