We once caught him sipping a fancy American rye whiskey. That conversation led us to beer - it always ends in beer - and rye wine, as the brewers had never brewed one before, this was the best excuse the brewers could find. This is a strong, dry, and vinous rye wine with a unique crystal rye malt. It gives a red hue and a strong spicy character, just like Tom.
