Pastry Factory: Espresso Quad is what happens when quadrupel meets the coffee work of our friends at Matubu. We roasted the beans together. We brewed the beer together. Maximum craft, minimum compromise. The quadrupel base is deep and warming, with a rich malt profile full of dark fruit, caramel, and roasted sugar. To this bold base, the brewers added the most coffee they have ever used in a beer - a dark, oily blend of Brazilian Arabica (red fruit), Salvadoran Arabica (Nutty Citrus), and Indian Robusta (Spice, Caramel). Roasted for bold intensity, the coffee effortlessly weaves into the red fruit of the quad and malty richness - as if they were made for each other. Smooth. Rich. Roasty. The grown-up cousin of your morning espresso.
