Pastry Factory: Espresso Quad is what happens when quadruple meets the coffee craft of our friends in Matubu. We roasted the beans together. We brewed the beer together. Maximum craft, minimum compromise. The quadruple base is deep and warming, with a rich malt profile full of dark fruit, caramel and toasted sugar. To this bold base, the brewers have added the most coffee they've ever used in a beer—a dark, oily blend of Brazilian Arabica (red fruit), Salvadoran Arabica (nutty citrus), and Indian Robusta (spice, caramel). Roasted for bold intensity, the coffee effortlessly weaves in the red fruit of the quad and malty richness—as if they were made for each other. Smooth. Rich. Roasty. The grown-up cousin of your morning espresso.
