Wrench Pastry Factory: Boerenjongens Stout - 44 CL

Rich, spicy and full of character. We started with 200 kilos of raisins, split into two batches. Half were steamed in thick molasses for deep sweetness, while the other half was soaked in brandy, bringing out their warm, boozy notes. To this, the brewers added Ceylon Cinnamon and vanilla from the Comoros, adding layers of spice and smoothness. The result is a robust wine with dark fruit richness, soft cognac warmth and a smooth finish that lingers with you.
